ESG has been a big topic in society in recent months, and for many companies it has become a hot topic, especially in the context of preparing a sustainability report. At the Frank Bold Expert Group, we have been authentically dedicated to corporate responsibility and non-financial reporting since our inception, more than 10 years ago.
We are the only ESG consultants in the Czech Republic with an office in Brussels. We work in the European institutions, where our lawyers are involved in the development of the sustainability reporting package and the EU taxonomy.
Our team includes experts who are involved in the development and approval of European ESG standards as members of the Sustainability Reporting Board EFRAG.
We work within the sustainable construction and energy sectors, working with developers, real estate funds and energy companies.
We provide expert advice on both the legal and technical aspects of ESG, with particular emphasis on the ever-changing requirements for energy performance and other building parameters.
Thanks to our experience, we also help clients in the field of specialized communication, event managament and marketing.
We have analysed more than 1,500 ESG reports of European corporations that have been covered by global media such as the New York Times.
Frankly Speaking, an international podcast on responsible business, is a regular feature in which global ESG leaders discuss ESG and reporting news.
We lead the Alliance for Corporate Transpatency, an initiative that brings together 20 leading organisations dedicated to sustainability reporting and reform at EU level. In the Alliance, we have published Europe's largest survey of 1,000 corporations to obtain objective data on the quality of reporting.
We provide assistance to market leaders such as ČEZ, EDS Group or Teplárna České Budějovice with sustainability reporting.
Download Frank Bold's analysis showing how European companies in five key sectors are coping with the new sustainability rules under the CSRD and ESG standards. We assess dual materiality, transition plans and sustainability responsibilities. The paper informs the development of sector standards and implementation guidelines.
