Communicating about ESG reporting preparation is a necessity in the print industry as well

Working for one of the largest Czech printers, Severotisk, part of the German EDS Group, marks a further shift in our services and our ability to connect with our client's drive towards sustainability. In addition to the ESG strategy created by another supplier, we have prepared a communication plan focused mainly on the B2B segment and inside the company.

Representatives of Severotisk came to Frank Bold with a ready ESG strategy. Our task was to think through internal communication towards employees and external communication, especially towards customers and suppliers operating both domestically and abroad.

From the underpinning theses of the ESG strategy, we created a communication strategy that defined the company's objectives and the tools we would use to communicate. We recommended that Severotisk publicly present its sustainability commitments. The aim was to encourage implementation within the company and also to let business partners know that Severotisk was moving in a sustainable direction, even before the first ESG report was produced.

We will present your results

We have converted the proposed ESG strategy for Severotisk into a graphically attractive form, including English and German versions, so that the document is representative of a publicly declared commitment and at the same time a visually functional material that brings processes closer and captures the change in thinking on sustainable printing issues.

The resulting layout for the ESG strategy was also used for supporting documents such as the Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption Plan, Supplier Code of Conduct. The individual materials can now be found clearly on the website www.severotisk.cz/udrzitelnost.

The ESG strategy has become a template for the basic graphic elements used in Severotisk's communication, for example in business presentations about the company or in the internal employee magazine. We also designed a communication plan for the LinkedIn profiles of company representatives.

We're not afraid of other challenges

On the basis of the existing cooperation on the communication strategy and the promotion of sustainability at Severotisk, we are currently working on a comprehensive ESG reporting project for the entire EDS group consortium, which includes Severotisk printers in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania. And of course we are also continuing with further communication support.
