Thanks to its long-term orientation towards sustainability and social responsibility, the Urbanity real estate group has been ranked for the second time among the TOP 5 companies in the category of small and medium-sized companies in this year's ESG ranking, which is announced by the Association of Corporate Social Responsibility in cooperation with Forbes Czech Republic. This prestigious ranking evaluated companies according to their approach to sustainability and the integration of ESG principles into their daily operations.
At Frank Bold Advisory, we have been providing Urbanity with comprehensive ESG reporting support since 2022, and together we have developed the ESG strategy and ESG reports for 2022 and 2023. We also consult with Urbanity on external sustainability communications and branding on a long-term basis.

This success confirms not only the high level of implementation of sustainable strategies, but also Urbanity's ability to communicate its plans and results through its publicly available ESG strategy a ESG reports.

The ESG Ranking 2024, announced by the Corporate Social Responsibility Association in cooperation with Forbes Czech Republic magazine, evaluated 79 companies from various sectors and assessed their approach to ESG principles according to the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) based on completed questionnaires. Together with Urbanity, Emedis, Good Sailors, Sonnentor and SPOJMONT OSTRAVA scored in the category of small and medium-sized enterprises.
