Webinar 24th April: In Omnibus’ light – Save costs on ESG reporting with DMA Digital Tool

2.4.2025
Join us for a webinar where you will learn about latest developments and predictions around Omnibus, and how Frank Bold DMA Digital Tool can help you build good foundations for sustainability reporting and management in a much more cost and time-efficient way, and also minimise risks of wasted efforts connected to Omnibus.
REGISTER HERE and connect to Zoom at 24th April 2025, 10:00–11:00.
The Omnibus brings major uncertainty to companies preparing for sustainability reporting. While it promises to simplify EU ESG legislation, it wows not to change the fundamental double materiality assessment principle. It postpones implementation of reporting for large companies, and sets out expectations for smaller companies that would be excluded from CSRD to report voluntarily according to simplified standards if they want to do business with companies in CSRD scope.
Frank Bold DMA Digital Tool is a new software solution made to simplify and cheapen ESG reporting and double materiality analysis for companies. It was developed with the aim to make the double materiality assessment process simple, efficient, and documented for audit.
This new affordable solution was developed by Frank Bold Advisory, B-Corp certified consulting company from the Frank Bold family. At Frank Bold we have long perceived the growing chasm between the flexibility envisaged in the EU reporting standards, and the reality facing companies. Companies often have a good sense of what is material, but face difficulties with navigating the disclosures and justifying their assessment process to auditors.
Frank Bold DMA Digital Tool delivers certainty and saves cost and time. It has been designed as a high-quality and high-utility, yet considerably cheaper product to market alternatives. It does not feature vendor lock-in, enabling users to export and migrate their data with ease.
